The firm was established by Robert (Bob) W. Balfour, a 1992 graduate of UC Hastings College of the Law. Bob has been practicing law for over 28 years. He has extensive experience in both litigation and transactional law. The firm currently focuses on Estate Planning, Business Law and Real Estate.
